It’s easy to come and join in the festivities. By car, WVU is approximately 70 miles south of Pittsburgh or 200 miles northeast of Washington, D.C. Mountaineer Field is accessible from Exit 155 of Interstate 79 (the Star City/West Virginia University exit). If you are interested in visiting the Visitors Resource Center before the game, it is accessible from Exit 1 of Interstate 68 (the University Ave. exit).
In both cases, simply follow the road signs to either Mountaineer Field or to the Visitors Resource Center. Check out the new campus map. Type in your location and the campus building and get complete directions. You can also get physical locations of the buildings to type into your gps.
