Opening Reception for "Molded in the Mountains: The Glass Industry in West Virginia" -  The Royce J. and Caroline B. Watts Museum, Mineral Resources Building

Join the Watts Museum in celebrating the opening of its new exhibition. A reception with drinks, hors d'oeuvres and several glass giveaways will be held. A series of short presentations will take place from 5:30-6:15 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

4-H Football Day - Milan Puskar Stadium

Over 750 West Virginia 4-H members, volunteers, family and alumni from across the state will visit the Evansdale campus and attend the game. The event is an effort to introduce 4-H members and their families to WVU and to provide on on-campus experience.

The University and Student Life Events will host the inaugural 5th Quarter event immediately following the WVU vs Kansas State football game on Sat. (Oct. 1) in Woodburn Circle. Starting at approximately 6:30 p.m., students are invited to stop by for food, music and entertainment.

Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., Pi Mu Chapter will host the event. This event is a competition comprised of the organizations that are part of the National Pan-Hellenic Council. The competition is a 2-3 round event.
